Welcome to odieé organic. When shopping with us you automatically accept our terms and conditions. Therefore, we kindly ask you to read the terms and conditions mentioned below before shopping on odieé organic.
The guaranteed prices are those displayed on the website at the time of order placement. These may, however, be modified at any time in the event of special conditions arising in relation to certain economic factors, taxes and duties, changes in the cost of labour or raw materials, any special requests on your part, etc.
All prices are stated in Euros, in Danish kroner or Us dollars and do not include shipping costs, which will automatically be calculated and indicated on your purchase order (your shopping bag).
All prices are displayed inclusive of value added tax (VAT), which may vary, depending on the billing country.
With regard to export sales, the prices are understood as FOB Copenhagen. You will be responsible for customs clearance and the payment of any taxes and duties.
-Your shopping bag is your purchase order.
– If you choose to place an order, you will need to enter the information required for billing and delivery of the items. The information that you provide will then be binding on you. In the case of an error in the delivery details, neither the website nor odieé organic may be held liable for any inability to deliver the item(s).
– After submitting your details, you will be asked to choose your payment method. Your order will automatically be submitted and will constitute an irrevocable commitment on your part, which can only be contested in the specific cases stipulated herein.
All orders are considered firm and may only be cancelled with odieé organic consent, and this under conditions that will indemnify the latter against any harm or damage incurred as a result of the cancellation.
At each stage in processing your order (confirmation, any changes in availability, and shipment), an email will automatically be sent to you, assuming the email address was correctly entered on the registration form. The email confirming the processing of your order and shipment of your parcel will provide information about the shipping process.
odieé organic reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason whatsoever (problems with the order, with stock levels, etc.). The company will have 3 business days in which to inform you if it is unable to fill your order and to ask you to either change or cancel it.
odieé organic accepts the following credit cards: VISA/Dankort, MASTERCARD. The amount will not be drawn from your card until the order leaves our stock.
Our goal is to deliver within 1-3 business days. However, longer delivery time may happen in periods of sale and public holidays. odieé organic does not take responsibility for any delays caused by Post Nord, Fedex or GLS.
All shipments are sent as an insured business parcel.

All shipments to European countries are delivered by GLS or Fedex.

DELIVERY COUNTRIES OUTSIDE EUROPE
Shipment to countries outside Europe will be delivered by Fedex.

odieé organic is highly commited to the protection of your privacy and hereunder your personal information. All information provided by you is collected securely through the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). The SSL is a protocol that transforms your information into codes so that your information is securely kept while being transmitted via the Internet. Only your bank has access to your information. We make sure that the information you provide will not be available to any outside the odieé organic organization or third party.
You have to return the merchandise no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Please fill out the return form provided by us and include it in the return package. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed, and items without the tag. Without the hangtag we do not accept returns. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check, we will credit your account/credit card. We only credit the card that was used to purchase the items, in that way we can limit the use of stolen credit cards.
Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. You are responsible for the return expenses and delivery of the return.
Uncollected packages are subject to an additional handling fee of 7 EUR / 50 DKK. This fee and the relating shipping costs for the return of the package to odieé organic will be charged from the customer.
Please note that odieé organic does not exchange items. You must return the item(s) as described above and make a new purchase from the webshop.
Orders placed from December 1 – 23 can be returned until January 7.
NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTS
As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced.

odieé organic is not responsible for covering shipping fees in case of a complaint.
We will do everything to solve the dispute. However, if your dispute remains unresolved, you may be eligible to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
