The Danish company LACACI ApS , founder of odieé organic, is the controller of the personal information you submit to us and is responsible for your personal information under the applicable data protection law.


Where do we store your information:

odieé organic pay high attention to protect your privacy. All information given by you is secured through a secure sockets layer(SSL). SSL is a protocol which transforms your information into codes in order to make sure that your information is securely kept while being transmitted via the Internet. Only your bank (PBS) has access to your information.


Who can access your information:

Your information may be shared within odieé organic. We do not at any time sell, pass on or swap your information for marketing purposes to third parties outside odieé organic.


What is the legal ground for processing based on:

The personal information we collect from you: we will inform you whether the provision of personal information is required by law or is required to enter a contract. We will inform you if it is an obligation to provide the personal information and also about the possible consequences if you choose not to.

-you have an open order which has not yet been shipped or partially shipped.

-you have an ongoing matter with Customer Service.

-you have an unsettled debt with odieé organic, regardless of the payment method.
-if you have made any purchase, we will keep your personal information in connection to your transaction for bookkeeping rules.

You have the right to request that odieé organic restricts the handling of your personal information under the following circumstances:

    -if you claim that your personal information is incorrect, odieé organic must restrict all handling of such data pending the verification of the accuracy of the personal information.
  • if odieé organic no longer needs the personal information but it is required according to defending legal claims.
  • if the handling is unlawful you can claim that personal information is deleted and instead request a restricted use of your personal information.
